KnowLitech Ltd. is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of a new generation of lithium-ion battery cathode material-lithium manganese iron phosphate and its derivative products. The company was founded by national scientific research talents and has a strong core technical team. Up to now, the company has applied for 22 Chinese invention patents and 4 PCT patents in the field of lithium manganese iron phosphate cathode materials, of which 12 invention patents have been authorized.
Our R & D team has independently developed a synthesis process for lithium manganese iron phosphate suitable for large-scale production. Our powder products include two systems with manganese-to-iron ratios of 7:3 and 6:4, both of which are at the forefront of the industry in terms of comprehensive performance. Additionally, leveraging our expertise in lithium manganese iron phosphate powder material technology, we are the first in the industry to introduce nano safety additives for lithium ion battery cathodes. The product utilizes lithium manganese iron phosphate as the functional material, pioneering a new market for auxiliary material applications. It has been demonstrated that this product significantly enhances the safety performance of high-nickel ternary and lithium cobalt oxide batteries. Even with minimal additions, it effectively addresses issues such as overcharging, compression, and heavy impact, and can even pass the acupuncture test, the most stringent safety test for lithium-ion batteries.
Currently, the company's headquarters and research and development center are located in Shaoxing, Zhejiang. Additionally, a mass production line with an annual output of 6,000 tons was established in Keqiao, Shaoxing, and officially commenced operations in 2023. This production line has been certified under the ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management systems. To meet the growing demand for our products, the company is planning to build a 10,000-ton production base with a long-term goal of achieving an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons.
The company has maintained long-term scientific research collaborations with the Suzhou Nano Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. We are dedicated to becoming the most innovative enterprise in advanced battery materials.
