Lithium manganese iron phosphate powder
Lithium manganese iron phosphate (LMFP) is a new type of cathode material for lithium-ion batteries, developed by adding manganese to lithium iron phosphate (LFP). Its crystal structure is similar to that of lithium iron phosphate, featuring an olivine structure and high stability. Because the discharge plateau of manganese is 0.7 V higher than that of iron, the energy density of LMFP can be increased by 15-20%. Lithium manganese iron phosphate boasts excellent safety performance, long cycle life, and environmental friendliness. Additionally, both iron and manganese are abundant and inexpensive, enhancing LMFP's commercial value. Zhiliang New Materials has independently developed material synthesis technology and has successfully developed the ZP03 series and ZP04 series, with comprehensive product performance leading the industry.
Lithium manganese iron phosphate slurry
This product is a slurry like product with lithium manganese iron phosphate as the functional substance, which is the first of its kind in the industry. The target market is high specific energy consumer batteries and power batteries. Replace 3% to 10% of ternary or lithium cobalt oxide materials with safety additives during the positive electrode mixing stage, or apply them as current collectors on the surface of aluminum foil. It can ensure that the energy density of the battery remains basically unchanged, while significantly improving the pass rate of safety tests such as needle punching, overcharging, and heavy object impact.
